I had problems, had to return one [stopped making power at 4k rpm], not  
putting out the power he claims [I wanted more than 14v, there's a 14v  regulator 
on it so...], difficult to communicate with [as in perhaps not a full  grasp 
of english]. It hasn't gone belly up after several thousand miles. I'd  
encourage other sources of bumped up alts. Oh, and a screw hole on the back for  the 
air cooler thing was knackered...doesn't sound like a big deal, but  that 
puppy makes a huge noise if it's not completely attached. He seems like a  nice 
guy, but internet nice is a tricky thing.
