intermitent hunting idle

I had just replaced the crankcase breather hose( which I noticed while replacing the pump-to-rack high pressure hose), and now I have an intermitent hunting idle, as well as a bit higher than usual idle speed.  Could I have upset something like the ISV; I had to partially disassemble those connections when I replaced the breather hose?  The car also slightly bogs a bit off the line, although I do notice that normal boost pressure has returned on the road.
