There's no such thing.

You have the correct struts for the BIRA brackets which aren't that  
expensive; get the calipers from a Porsche parts recycler.  There are  
several listed in the back of Panorama, for example.

You should be able to do the conversion for substantially less than  
most of the "tuner" kits from ECS and others (most of which are just  
copies of the BIRA brackets, from what I've been told.)
