[V8] The end of the Black Mariah?

I have looked into the air suspension on the allroads. If it goes bad, all
you have to do is replace the suspension off a s6 of the same year. Just
like a g60 to ufo, just don't forget to swaps rears too.

Yes, well maybe.  But The Black Mariah has too many warts.  She will need to
have a new left front fender at some point as that was replaced at around
30,000 miles after being attacked by a deer.  It is corroding down near the
bottom of the fender which can clearly be seen in when the door is open, and
eventually will cause bottom of the fender to come loose.  

Also, there are other rubber gizzies that need to be replaced at some point
and I think I will try for something that is  younger, IF a younger Type 44
can be found.

The problem with the allroad I think, is that I do NOT trust that gizzie
suspension to be reliable after about 75,000 miles without a LOT of
expensive maintenance.  I love the idea of a V8 allroad, but doubt that they
will be priced in the right range when the time comes.

Let me add another to the list: Allroad.  Part wagon, part SUV, it lets you
raise the suspension for those rough roads. It may not be a turbo, but it
seems to meet your other requirements.

On the Black Mariah, why get rid of it to replace it with the same car but
with few miles?  You've put a lot of time and money into her, while the
replacement will need who-knows-what. I say the devil you know is better
than the devil you don't know.
Keep it.
