Why would one replace the lower control arms, unless:
1. The bullet proof ball joint were bad. You do relube these whenever  
you pull them from their bearing housings, don’t you? And replace the  
boot after your wrench destroys it?
2. The bullet proof inner rubber bushing were bad. These can fail  
only if the arm is torqued to the sub-frame when not at SRH.
3. Fat wallet.

The sway bar bushings in the CAs can be tightened by grinding a few  
mm off their center spacers.
BTDT.
The SB to SF bushings can be tightened by adding a strip of rubber  
between the bushing and the SF.
These bushing straps can be slotted for caster adjustment.

What else to fail? DF what AB!  A good DIY alignment fixes all!
