CPS issue...update

I agree with this.  I wouldn't have the distributor replaced just
because it's got oil in it.  That won't fix anything really.

Now if you have a timing issue, it might make sense to check the
distributor drive gear.  They probably won't be able to source a new
gear, which would make distributor replacement necessary, unless you
can find someone on the list selling their's.
