016 trans fill

I just had a tranny (Geo Metro) rebuilt for a relative. The tech told me
NOT to put 80/90 that this particular trans had synthetic 75w oil and that I
should run 10w30 motor oil. I realize this is a light little trans, but it
is additional info.
