Fault code

"Idle air adaptation limit not reached" - sorry did not look at or save
the fault code # - but I'm sure I could start it back up and get it if
needed...
 
engine cuts out when starting to get moving, slow to rev, is jerky, no
power, then goes pretty much fine at high rpm - check engine light (OXS)
goes out.  
 
Makes me think ISV and I also checked SJM (quickly) and if I looked at
the correct fault code it is pointing to the ISV and MAF.  Any insight?
Also could a dying ISV cause a rich idle condition?
