Oil pressure sending unit and gauge diagnosis

No, it's the top one which requires a wrench behind it... But as I'm
searching the archives I'm wondering if I'm replacing the right one? Guess I
need to check it with the meter and get a better handle on which
sensor/pressure gauge does what

Symptoms are:

Gauge is usually pegged, past 5 bar. Occasionally it drops to 2 bar, but
doesn't fluctuate with throttle variation. Need to do a little more research
I guess...

Not getting any warning beeps or signs on display
thanks, Eric

If it is the one on the front of the motor under the T-stadt, I used a
socket with a combination of universal joints and extensions. Hardest part
was starting the threads on the new one.
