Maybe you have a stuck UFO caliper in the front?

A few years ago my 200q20v had a wheel wobble problem that came and went.  It
got much worse at high speeds sometime, but was barely there at low speeds.  It
turned out that one of my front calipers was not retracting the brake pad and it
was heating up the UFO rotor, causing a wobble.  It would get really bad
sometimes at highway speeds and you'd think that the front wheel was going to
fall off.

Next time it happens at highway speed, pull over and check to see if either of
your front wheels is particularly hot.  That was the key for me.
