Whazzit???

In the image at  http://www.pbase.com/kneale_brownson/image/79231076  of fuel line connectors located at the rear of the passenger front wheelwell,  the shiny connector without the pipe connected is the fuel supply line from the pump.  One of the two others (dirtier connectors so far) is the return line to the tank and the third is ??????   All three terminate above the fuel tank protective cover near the passenger rear wheel well with connections to flexible tubing that disappears above the fuel tank.  I remember the return line looping across the front of the fuel tank and connecting at the fuel pump/fuel level sending unit access cover from when I replaced the tank.  Can't recall where the third hose goes.  Anybody know?
