Life is a trade off, what are you trying to accomplish? Are you  
willing to trade off low end torque for high end HP, or vice-a-versa?  
Cam timing designed for NA induction will allow the turbo to blow raw  
A/F mixture into the exhaust.

Much written on this, let me know of your specific interest.
