Euro Headlight part needed......

Hey guys,

When I purchased my Euro headlights a couple of years ago, I didn't realize it, but they came without the driver's side parking light bulb holder, possibly it's the "city" bulb.  After installation, it became readily apparent.  Was wondering if anyone had one kicking around or could point me in the right direction to source one.  The headlight warning light is starting to drive me crazy every time I put the lights on, and switch from brights to low beams.  Thanks!
