OR if you don't want to bend the pin on the "relay" you can just use 2
jumpers following the instructions on:
http://20v.org/light.htm
About half way down the page.

Jim,
The side marker lite and the city driving lite are two different
bulbs in different locations.
To disable the headlight warning system, remove Front Lamp Control
Unit / relay and bend its narrow pin 90 degrees such that it will not
engage its socket. Reinstall.
