16 x 8 Fuchs on a '91 200 - clearance for UFO's?

Glad to hear that! I thought it was just a fact that most UFOs were swapped
for G60s during Warranty.
It would be a shame if it were true. My '93 S4 has brand new G60 calipers,
new OEM rotors and new EBC Greens (long story on the brakes - I didn't pay),
and fresh Super Blue. My '91 200q20v sedan has new UFO rotors, and new
(stock, I believe) pads, and a fresh Super Blue.
The brakes "feel" vastly different. The UFOs have better feel, better
initial bite, and better modulated braking capability when you're really
scrubbing off speed. I'm leaving fade resistance out of this. I drive fast
but I don't often brake hard. I don't fade either car's brakes on the
street.
I love my S4 but most of my passengers aren't car guys and it's a pretty raw
experience to them (everything's relative). They think it's too loud, to
harsh, and probably too fast (because I'm driving). I love it. But the 200
is comfortable riding, yet somehow corners flatter, it stops better, and
just has better road feel - and it was practically free compared to the S4
with the mods. It's crazy -
