What were the codes after the 30 Min warm up?

Do you hear the FP when switching to ON? I can’t hear mine, replaced  
with the smaller pump,  so this may not be a meaningful test.

You could crack a line to the FI  manifold after it has been sitting  
over nite to see if you still have pressure, and/or run the PR return  
line into a bucket to check pump flow at pressure.

Don’t use cruse control on that driveway, especially in winter.
