Afterrun only works for under min. Update

On the rack boot: No way, don’t waste your time! It is a "dust boot”,  
no more! The rack won’ know the diff and will last out it’s life as  
programed by the Audi gods without regard to boot condition. BTDT.  
Change it only if you must R&R the rack, and then just for appearance  
purposes.
