did audi make a front wheel drive 200 turbo 20V?

The fwd 200 in 1991 has a 10-valve turbo and flat fenders.  You can't trust badging on anything at this point.  That quattro emblem is just a clip-on part. If the car has flared fenderwells, it'll be a quattro 20v.
