Update on 200 heat soak problem

I replaced both sensors about 3 months ago... (speed sensor and CPS).
 
It seems to be doing it after about 20 minutes of driving in the morning once it gets warm the first time of the day. After it restarts and maybe doing it a second time, it is fine for the rest of the day and the temp outside just gets hotter so is everything else.
 
Drove it all around the place today, no issues at all...
