tighten a bolt in the front of the block

There is a bolt at the front of the hydraulic pump which is tight to
the mounting bracket. If you tighten the bolt, but you do not hog
out a little metal in the mount to prevent it from contacting the
mount, you will have hydraulic leaks as the bolt and mount work
against each other under engine vibrations. Went through two pumps
when the car was new before i discovered this clearance issue.
Haven't had a leak since although the pump has had a low level squeal
at idle for years.
