wiper issues

I have had wiper motors fail in the past. The relay had already been
changed. Why isn't it insightful (correct spelling) to check the other
likely failure? The spare motor need only be plugged into the wiring harness
to be tested. 
Someone who can actually troubleshoot will eliminate all potential problems.

Because the motor in question works! Clarity may not be your strong
