It's _very_ common for for either one (or both) of output shaft seals
to leak within the first 100-200K miles.
However there is another source of leakage from the passenger side of
the tranny--a small cover plate that is secured with 2 (or 3?) bolts
and is located very near (somewhat to the rear of) the output flange.
It's hard to notice this little cover with only a casual
inspection--check the Bentley and you'll see its location. Sometimes
the cover's bolts are loosened and thus leak oil. Very much worth
checking out before proceeding with any seal replacement.
