You neglected to mention whether you've gone through the 00 memory block
with ProDiag.  I think it can even log those values- something you should
definitely do as well.

Especially on a transplanted engine, it could be ANYTHING.  You won't know
if the ECU is seeing proper values from sensors until you look at the
memory block and check all the values against the Bentley.
