the SHO creaked and rattled all over the place. it was fun - dynoed 211HP to the front wheels (so, about 250HP at the crank). no bad for a normally aspirated 3.0L V6 with minor bolt ons.

i'm looking forward to getting the audi dialed in. the one thing that is annoying is the trip computer/boost guage doesn't work. is that common? the previous owner said it had no boost leaks (he did a lot of work himself). i noticed he had a VDO boost guage in the glove compartment. i have no idea if he used it temporarily to check boost.

i need to get the bently manual - is there a fuse for the trip computer?
