Part 2 of 2:
My 200q20v just clicked over 200,000 miles last week. The car is in excellent condition, save for a handful of non-critical electrical gremlins. There is no point for me in changing wheels for such an old car, so I still have the BBS 15's. Mercifully, IMO Michelin finally re-introduced an H rated tire in their Synergy series in the correct size for the 200. I was able to get rid of the Yokohama's that I had which had terrible ride and wear characteristics.
YMMV. Good luck with your decision.

Here's the second half of the writeup:
Tires & Wheels – using STD 7-1/2 J x 15 BBS Alloy Wheels
Combinations Tried:

Koni Shocks: 86-2149SPORT/80-2630SPORT, (1/2 turn from Soft)
H&R 29800 Springs
Results: superb handling, esp @ 110 mph+ / too harsh ride @ 70mph
2) Yokohama MS SVR4 215/60R15
Koni Shocks: 86-2149SPORT/80-2630SPORT, (1/2 turn from Soft)

3) Yokohama MS SVR4 215/60R15
Koni Shocks: 86-2149SPORT/80-2630SPORT, (1/2 turn from Soft)
Standard Springs

4) Michelin Energy MXV4 Plus 215/60R15
Bilstein P36-0369/B46-2066

Would probably prefer:
5) Michelin Pilot XGT H4 215/60R15
Koni Shocks: 86-2149SPORT/80-2630SPORT, (1/2 way from Soft to hard)
Eibach 1529.140 Springs or H&R H&R 29800 Springs
