favorite - strut/shock/spring combo?

I just had to go look his up because I have thought for years that the Avant
was in the same ball park as the V8. Not so according to Audiworld model
info. 3439 for the Avant and 3839 for the 92 S4 and 3947 for the V8.

I was extrapolating when I transferred my suggestion from V8 to Avant. The
200q20v sedan is a touch lighter than the Avant. The 92 S4 springs gave
that model year a slightly lowered ride from the following years. Think A4
sport package... about 1/2 an inch. On a 200q20v, they may yield a static
ride height similar to stock but with higher spring rates.

I wonder what the difference in weight is between the V8 and a 20vt.

Learning something today,
Ed
