91 200 trans seal

Oh for Pete's sakes. Those seals are only like 4 bucks each and not that big 
of a deal to change. I changed both of mine. (Fat Wallet!) ;)
 
BTW a discarded throw-out bearing guide sleeve makes a fantastic seal puller 
for these. Just put one corner inside the lip of the seal and the other 2 
corners on on the outside of the trans. Use a pipe or whatever inside the guide 
sleeve for leverage.

I did try one transmission stop leak, no luck yet, but its only been about
500 miles.

Any brand of engine oil stop leak will do, CD-2, Eagle, Turkey, etc.
Buy 2 cans, one in the engine, ? in the tranny, ? in the rear diff.
Gunk and hose down the engine bay and full underside such that you
can monitor leak status. I have never had to replace a rotary shaft
seal in any car, some over 300K.
