dead steering column

Hi all, noob question here...

I picked up the car from the shop yesterday to find out on my way that he forgot to fix the w.washer switch.

This morning, nothing works on either side of the column except the headlights switch, no wipers (front or rear), no blinkers, but high beams work...

My guess is that it is a relay, but are the blinkers and the wipers related or using the same relay or fuse?
