where to get metal crankcase vent hose?

Ed:   If I recall correctly, the parts are one 1 1/4" street el, one 1/2"
el, a couple of reducers, and a couple of short lengths of copper pipe. The
layout is pretty easy. All you have to be careful about is mimicking the
bend points and angles. I used a new hose, because the old one was punky, so
I have the cut off portion, if anyone wants it. 

Afterwards it occurred to me that I should have made a few for listers at
the same time, but I didn't and it is too easy to build anyway. This is a
nice weekend project, even if you don't paint it.....
