Who is running coilovers?

Hey guys, 

I'm currently running the normal H&R with Koni shock setup on my car. It have been on there for 3 years and I've been very happy with it. Still am. The thing is I'm going to start doing some track events and am looking to go a little more aggressive w/ the spring rates to get less body roll. So, I'm thinking about removing my current setup and going w/ coilovers. 

What kind of spring rates are you guys using? How much comfort are you sacrificing on the street once you get the shocks and springs in harmony w/ each other?
