awesome post jerry!
yeah, i've always been a sport sedan nut. i lusted after the E34 M5 and the Audi 200q20v when i was in high school. my dad always had corvettes and was like "why don't you like sports cars?"
i said "well, they are not very practical and there's no suprise."
now a 17 year old Audi 200 blowing by a Corvette - PRCELESS! ;-)
seriously, anyone here who are no longer enamored with their 200s with running stock boost and suspension. UPGRADE! these cars are insane with a few mods.
see ya,
Robby

I understand very well.
I have thought about selling, but I keep fixing little things because for what
it is worth, there is NOTHING that compares. I say that with my "other'
daily driver being a worked on E39 M5. The Audi does not have the low end torque
and doesn't handle as well at things approaching the limits, but for 1/10
the value, it gives about 80% of the performance. And that boost is simply
intoxicating!!
The car was at the height of Audi design, I still think it looks very good, (C4
was nice also) and the dash layout is still among the best in the business. UrS4
and UrS6 had basically the same dash design.
Hey, if we hang on for another 3 years, it is a 20 year old car, it becomes a
true "antique" in some states. Wouldn't you love the put
"antique" plates on the car and dust a few newer "hot cars"?
LOL

Jerry
