Ignition *lock* replacement (not switch)

200q20v'ers,

My buddy with a 200q10v has to replace his ignition lock because the tip
that turns the switch has broken off.  He has access to a Bentley, but are
there any online how-to's with pics on what's involved?  He thought he
remembered me sending him a link to one, so there might be such a thing but
I can't find it.  I checked SJM and quattro123 but didn't see anything on
it.  I figured I'd ask.
