I'm really tired of this

If upon unplugging and plugging in the connector it started right up,  
what makes you think it's not a flakey connection somewhere in that  
harness/interface?  If you think killing power makes it better, I  
wonder if removing and replacing the fuse to the ECU would give the  
same result.
