Transmission questions

I have a 200Q20V with broken input shaft - amazing and never saw this happen before.
Ironically of all the trannies I have laying around, I don't have this one.  Trying to
see what my options are, since the car is really too nice to part out.  

Is V8 quattro transmission a bolt-in with same ratios?

How difficult would it be to swap input shaft from earlier 5000/200 trans?

Anyone have a stock trans from a 3B/200Q they'd part with for cheap? Near Annapolis
would be bonus!
