Flywheel reference pin

Partial answer to my question:

I Found the part number for it and description:  p/n: N 902-318-01 dowel pin 4H8x20

Is that 4mm diameter x 20mm long?  Not sure what the 8H stands for.

Could anyone here tell me the diameter and length of the flywheel reference pin?  
SJM indicates a measurement that it should stick out about .475" / 12mm from the plate but I does not provide a length or diameter.
This is the pin on  the engine side of the flywheel, the one used to figure out TDC I think.
