Got it, I think.

Description:  4H8x20

4 = diameter = 4mm
H8 = ISO mechanical tolerance, McMaster gives an actual diameter of 4.004-4.012mm
20 = length = 20mm

91595A192 = McMaster hardened steel pin

I would guess the other way. 8 x 20 mm. The 4H may be a temper description?
