'91 200TQ very cheap

My '91 200tq20v sedan is sitting in the driveway and I no longer drive
it since replacing with a 540i.  I have 5 cars and need to get rid of 1.
I had it in the back of my mind to restore it for my daughter when she
gets her permit, however my wife wants it gone. 

I would sell this car very cheaply to someone who can care for it as it
needs some TLC.   
It has 149k and runs and drives, needs window regs, a/c and stereo to be
a civil daily-driver.   

I put in Bilstein Sports a few thousand miles ago.  I also have a set of
steel wheels with used snows and original BBS which both go with the
car.
