The feds are still determined to get my car

I was toying with the idea of trading one of my 4000Q's in on the "clunker" program, But after looking into some new cars, I figured any new car I would want will depriciate $4500 the minute I drive it off the lot. So, that would just leave me with a car payment, I wouldn't really benefit much. If I could get $4500 towards a used car, that would be a different story(my 4000 is probably worth $600), But that doesn't help the car manufacturers at all.
