Yeah, $364 plus shipping is pretty shocking:

Complicating this, apparently there are 2 MC versions.  They mate with the
brake servo, and unfortunately there are 2 servo versions, too.  See what

The complexity is another reason to try rebuilding what you have, as Bernie
suggested.
