Scott,
I use Syntec 5W50 Year Round.
15/50 may be a bit heavy for winter use, but great for summer.
You can go with 10/40 in winter. I have found any lighter and cheaper oils tend to make
lifters tick.

For those of you living in the Northeast, what weight of oil do you use? I've been
using 15-50 full synthetic Red LIne, but I'm tempted to make a change and run a lighter
weight in my '91 200 20 v.
Although Red Line is pricey, I'll probably stick with it. It has not been much of an
issue in the past since I was using the car so little but now I need it much more often,
especially with the upcoming move from NYC to southern VT. I've just passed the 130K
mark (and I've had the 200 since new) and I plan to see more than twice that amount of
mileage before I'm done with this car. Thanks. Scott]
