I've got to weigh in with Mike here... "list management" has been severely
heavy handed on some similar occasions. Lead by example.

Personally, I don't mind the for sale posts when it is the proper audience.
It is just that Brett would make such a huge stink, to the point of
threatening list banning, that I can't believe he would violate the "rule".
