boost and stalling problem

Sounds like you may have disturbed or forgotten to reassemble/tighten
something else while you were in there.  If the issue came up suddenly after
you replaced the wgfv, then I'd check around and see what else might be
demanding your attention.  

1st guess would have been the bypass valve, but if you put in a new one and
the problem is the same...
