boost and stalling problem

thanks for the quick replies, the wgfv was the item that was exactly 90 degrees different, but since i have gotten the correct one, that problem was solved. i just took off the front bumper and noticed that the hose clamp securing the boost pipe to the intercooler was really loose. upon further inspection the intercooler is supposed to have 3 tabs forming a circle where it connects to the boost pipe, one of them is broken on mine leaving only 2. also the mounting clip that goes on with the hose clamp, is that supposed to be one piece or 2 seperate pieces? either way i cranked it down really tight and took it for a drive. no problem, drove down my block made a uturn and drove down it again. when i got to the corner, it was idling really bad. barely made it back to my driveway and the boost pipe was loose again. do you think that my intercooler being broken ( 2 tabs instead of 3) is causing the boost pipe to be loose? thanks

Sounds like you may have disturbed or forgotten to reassemble/tighten
something else while you were in there.  If the issue came up suddenly after
you replaced the wgfv, then I'd check around and see what else might be
demanding your attention.

1st guess would have been the bypass valve, but if you put in a new one and
the problem is the same...
