Ok, I was able to try the Audi 200 20v wheels on a MKV jetta this morning and they DO work!

Sadly, I was only able to try the fronts because of some complications I ran into (my jack gave up the ghost, wasted lots of time trying to find wheel locks, couldn't find my 17mm socket, haha) and I'll be late to work if I don't leave soon. So the fronts fit like a glove and I'm 99.999999% sure the rears will fit too seeing as the brakes are smaller in the back. 

If you'd like me to check the rears, I can do that tonight after work. Just let me know!
