When I had that, it was broken fingers on the pressure plate.  I'm not
sure how much more damage potential there is, but I wouldn't risk it.

Protip: drop the car off, say "the clutch pedal vibrates", and let
your wrench figure it out.  Why?

-If you diagnose it (wrongly), you pay for the labor/parts to discover
it's not whatever he just spent 4 hours tearing into on your
direction.
-If he diagnoses it (wrongly), and he's any side of "honest", he won't
bill you for it.
