airbag light

I am trying to finish my instrument cluster repair and Sport steering wheel conversion. I had powered up the car to check the instrument cluster after putting in the jumpers and did not have an airbag attached. I now have a airbag light on. Can I reset this. My car had the service letter done on the airbag recall and I do have Ross Techs software but only a OBD II connector. Thanks for the help. Richard 1991 200 20v avant.
