I'm also sorry to hear about your accident. As Steve said, hopefully
you make a quick recovery.

As for the car, the 200 20V does have a distributor, but in fact, it
runs off the cam. So, unless the cam is off, or the dizzy is removed,
there is no chance that the ignition timing will be off without a
corresponding cam timing issue. Just like what you were saying in
reference to the 10V engines. BTW, the S4/S6 20V engines went to
distributor-less ignition.

As for the crank, as long as it's at TDC, it doesn't matter. IOW, you
can turn it as many revolutions as you want, but if it's at TDC, it's
all the same. The camshaft, on the other hand, can be off 180degrees
in phase, since it's TDC mark passes twice for every one on the
crankshaft. However, that being said, an interference engine such as
the 20V should not have either rotated significantly without the
other, or meeting of the pistons and valves can occur. Nothing good
ever comes of that situation :(
