To remove the trashed injector seats I simply inserted a 1/2" wood chisel
into the seat, tapped it gently into the plastic below the threads and
twisted them out.  A little knock-er-loose the day before might have
helped........  New seats were supplied by 034.  
I do like those guys.

The fuel pressure gauge was supplied by 034 with a close nipple and an
adaptor banjo bolt, with the head drilled and tapped, that replaced the
banjo on the fuel line connection at the front of the fuel rail. The proper
pressure is 43.5.  It's a slick little installation that came with the new
pressure regulator from 034 that replaced the old leaky OEM regulator.
