Battery Draw Amperage

As Dewitt said, that is too much, as it is about a small light bulb
draw. That is the perfiect amount (.2a, or 200ma) to drain the battery
in 4-5 days. Whatever is on that #4 fuse is right where I'd be
looking. And, yes, it is charging just fine.
