There is no "Danger" in your reservoir overflowing as the system is made to
vent if the pressure is exceeded. Fill it to the line and forget it. If the
level is low enough to trigger the sensor, add a little more distilled water
until it stops. Not a replaceable sensor. Comes with the reservoir.
